The end of Vesting/Episode 14— July 2022
The month of July ends on a high note.
The game and secret projects are going well, the podcasts are growing…
What would be the icing on the cake? Of course that the cryptocurrency market picks up.
However, this does not prevent us from showing you our progress and our thoughts about the whole ecosystem of Mechachain.
Here is what we accomplished during this productive week!
Latest news about the game
A good part of the UI and UX thinking is done, which allowed the team to start coding the interface.
In the last medium post, I showed you the mockups and color choices for the game interface.
It is now being coded and tested. It will take another month of work to get all the interfaces working.
Here are some finalized interfaces in the process of coding, where I can click on the different parameters and start to configure my Mecha.
We also promised to work on a hangar that will allow you to customize your mecha and assemble your NFT. We have just started to work on its design, knowing that there will be one for assimilated and one for pure genes.
Here are some quick sketches to get us started.
Our thinking is always based on this: how to integrate the two factions so that they have their own identities?
It’s about the mecha realization, but also about the environment, the scenario and its characters. We are also thinking about the parameters that will differentiate the mecha of the different factions. For example that the assimilated mecha have a special power as well as the pure mecha genes or special skills.
Below is a proposal that has been made but is not yet retained because it involves huge balancing issues.

Also, we continue to develop weapons in the game. Each week I will share with you the progress of some weapons, but you should know that there are many in development.
End of presale’s vesting
The project continues to build and you can’t imagine how much we are looking forward to showing you the fruits of our labor.
It’s the end of vesting, which is an important date because it means that everyone who bought $Mecha during the presale (+15M) has received all their tokens.
Those who don’t believe in the project have sold, only the holders of our community, who chose to stake and hold until we deliver, are remaining.
From now on, there will be no more token distribution dates and this will make our token more attractive and its curve more stable! Stay tuned, things are moving faster and faster, and you will know more very soon
Other important informations
We talked about the desire to partner with web 2.0 brands and are in discussions with several important brands. It is now up to us to select the one that will be the most coherent and will bring power/network/visibility to the project.
Moreover, we had teased you some images of a shooting. The final editing of this video that you will discover in the coming months is now complete.
We also welcome Thomas M. who is now in charge of the composition of the different musics necessary for the communication of Mechachain. You will be able to discover his work when the secret project will be revealed.
Conclusion
New members have just joined the video game development team. One of them is very talented in the creation and design of the game’s arenas and maps.
Also, tests of nft assemblies are in progress and I must say, the mecha are superb!
Testing all along the project is the key to deliver a game with a strong identity for each faction where you will have fun playing and discovering its history.
