Yes. You read that right and it’s an easy formula too!
Step 1 | Think about it. A lot.
Is it reading ? Is it exercising maybe? Whatever. Just take a deep breath in and start analyzing what you have to do for at least 1 hour (this is CRUCIAL, the more the better).
After reaching a mental plateau (*cough*..breakdown) begin to brainstorm about each and every thing you have to complete until you are confident enough to proceed to :
Step 2 | The solving phase
With confidence on your side, start searching up alternative ways to complete your -so far- laconic to-do list created in the previous step. Let me set an example:
Imagine that you have to rock a 40 minutes pilates session video, simply search a 10 minute alternative. Easy peasy 🍋.or 🍰🧁🎂🥮 .WHATEVER . Phew
(At this point you may experience a sudden dopamine rush running down your productive and determined mind, like the ones you get just before tooting)
Step 3 | Zone Out
This one could be rephrased as the rate-limiting-step of the formula (my med student folks, yes, I am talking to you). It means that if you do it correctly the rest is done.
So, let me elaborate on the example above. You found the alternative video right? yay
Now, 💆♀️ ahh..this is the time we have all been waiting for:
