Awww what a wonderful article. I got me thinking a lot about my own dad. He is my stepfather but I’ve known him since forever. The part of no one who loves you asks you to hide who you are really touched me because that is who he is. My mother was floored when I left my banking job to start a pet sitting company. I expected my dad to do the same, yet, he looked at me and said, “It’s an honest job, as long as it makes you happy you should do it.” The article also got me thinking of the characteristics I’d like to embody when I have children.
