We are excited to reveal our new website to our members and new visitors. Thank you to our MedicAlert family — members and employees alike — for your honest feedback over the past year. You all played a critical role in helping us improve our member experience with the launch of our updated website. You’ll see we have a new look and feel. It was important to us to visually communicate and represent the core benefits of a MedicAlert membership:

  • protection during the moments that matter most
  • confidence to live without all the worry
  • peace of mind to enjoy life to its fullest

But our updated website isn’t just a pretty face. We’ve also focused on several key functional areas to improve your overall experience with us. First, we’ve improved the engraving process. You can now select what you want to engrave on your ID from a database of conditions, medications and other key information validated by health professionals. This means you don’t need to worry about spelling anything wrong or engraving something an emergency responder may not understand. The elimination of self-engraving is critical for our ability to ensure you receive the fastest, most effective care during your MedicAlert moment. Second, we’ve simplified our membership plans, which means more flexibility to choose the protection you want. Once you’ve selected and engraved your MedicAlert ID, you can now choose between our Basic, Advantage or Advantage Plus plans. All plans ensure you get the 24/7 emergency protection you’ve come to know and trust from MedicAlert. If you’re an existing member, we’ll be happy to help you select one of these plans the next time you’re due to renew your membership. Learn more about our new plans here. Third, we’ve updated your health record. One of the key updates we made was to ensure whatever you engrave on your MedicAlert ID is automatically included on your health profile. Your profile is still accessible anytime, from anywhere to view, make updates, add new information or print a downloadable version. Your new and improved health profile is organized, so it’s easier for you and us to quickly identify your critical information in an emergency. Finally, we’ve made it easier to donate! MedicAlert is a nonprofit, membership-based organization and we rely on generous donations to support our mission and the work we do. Now, you can make a one-time donation or enroll in an easy, monthly donation program at the amount of your choosing. Your donations directly supports our 24/7 emergency services and first responder education programs, allowing us to make a difference for millions of Americans who experience emergencies every day. Donate now A special note for our existing and valued members:

  • There are no changes to your current plan. Unless you tell us that you want to switch into one of our new plans, your membership stays the same. If you do want to try out one of the new membership plans, please contact our Member Services team.
  • To access your health record, login exactly as you would on our old website. Your health record may look a little different, but all your important information is still there!

Please bear with us during this exciting transition. If you have any questions or issues on the new website, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our Members Services team at 1.800.432.5378, 8AM-4:30 PM PDT, Monday through Friday or send us an email.

We’re not stopping here

We know this is an evolving journey where we will continuously work to improve not only our members’ overall experience, but also our services and products, so that you continue to choose MedicAlert.
