Token Price: 0,09574 APT for 1 MEE — The exact price will be adjusted right before the sale starts at a final price of 0.45 USD worth of APT for 1 MEE.

Pool Size: 2,500,000.00 MEE

Initial Circulating Supply: 2,875,000.00 MEE

Meeiro — IDO Timeline (WL → TGE)

From Whitelist to TGE, the timeline is quite fast! See below the exact timeline on how the overall process will go:

0- Verify you role: Nov 4, 2022–2:00 PM UTC

1- Whitelist Starts: Nov 9, 2022–2:00 PM UTC

2- Whitelist Ends: Nov 12, 2022–2:00 PM UTC

3- Sale Begins: Nov 12, 2022–4:00 PM UTC

4- Sale Ends: Nov 15, 2022–4:00 PM UTC

5- MEE token claiming & Trading Live: Nov 16, 2022–2:00 PM UTC

0 — Verify you role: Nov 4, 2022–1:00 PM UTC

Connect your wallet to Meeiro and connect your Discord account. If you’re still climbing up the roles to Meeiro Champ, you have until the end of the Whitelist to update your role.

1 — Whitelist Starts: Nov 9, 2022–2:00 PM UTC

Once the WL starts, you’ll have 3 steps to complete:

First, connect your wallet, then connect your Discord account — If you have one of the following roles, you’ll be able to be WL: OG, Rising Meeiro, Early Meeiro, and Meeiro Champ. Finally, click on “Join Whitelist” and validate the transaction.

2 — Whitelist Ends: Nov 12, 2022–2:00 PM UTC

3 — Sale Begins: Nov 12, 2022–4:00 PM UTC

Once the sale starts, you’ll be able to buy your allocation directly on Meeiro. Please keep in mind, the sale will be run in APT, so be sure to have some APT ready.

4 — Sale Ends: Nov 15, 2022–4:00 PM UTC

Once the sale ends, you’ll be able to see how many MEE you’ve gotten, and how many APT will be refunded to you.

Why might you be refunded?

For each IDO on Meeiro, the sum of all allocations will be higher than the raising amount. Meaning that if everybody buys their full amount of allocations, then the amount raised will be higher than the initial goal. In the case of all allocations being fully bought, to ensure no extra tokens are being sold than initially planned, each participant will be refunded a part of their investment.

Let’s give an example of how this would work:

Let’s say we have 200% oversubscribed, meaning we raised 478,700 APT. The initial goal is 239,350 APT, so we will have to refund each participant a part of their investment, in this case, 50% of their investment, for a total of 239,350 APT.

So let’s say I invest 10 APT: I will receive 5 APT back and 5 APT worth of tokens, equivalent to 81.44 MEE tokens.

5 — TGE: Nov 16, 2022–2:00 PM UTC

Claim your tokens and stake them directly on Meeiro to start getting yield, and prepare yourself for the next IDOs !

Meeiro — IDO Allocations

Each of these roles will give you allocation in Meeiro’s IDO, with the following calculations:

The OG role will have an allocation boost of x1
The Rising Meeiro role will have an allocation boost of x1.3
The Early Meeiro role will have an allocation boost of x2.5
The Meeiro Champ role will have an allocation boost of x10

What do these Meeiro boosts mean?

Let’s give you an example: If the allocation of the OG is defined to be $50, those holding the Rising Meeiro role will be able to buy $50 x 1.3, Early Meeiro would have $50 x 2.5, and so on, like so:

OG: $50
Rising Meeiro: $65
Early Meeiro: $125
Meeiro Champ: $500

Please note that this is only indicative, the based allocations will fully depend on the number of participants and can be very different from the one described in the example above. The definitive amount of allocations each role will have will be defined once the whitelist is closed.

I’m not eligible for any roles, can I still purchase MEE?

Don’t worry! There’s still time to gain a WL spot by participating in various Meeiro events such as AMAs, Twitter Giveaways, etc. And if even after all that, you still don’t have a role to be on the WL, you will be able to purchase the MEE token at its TGE on November 16th directly via Meeiro Swap.

Or via DEX (decentralized exchanges) and CEX (centralized exchanges) which will be disclosed later on.
