How to Prepare Home Made Egg Momos?
Introduction:-
Egg Momos are the traditional dish which is originated in Tibet and now became popular culinary dish in south Asian countries.Momos, on the other word dumplings, which offers a delightful savory filled with enchanting stuffings.
Fillings almost majorly diversified into two categories such as Veg momos as well as Non-veg momos. Veg momos are filled with finely chopped vegetables like carrots,cabbage,garlic and spring onions, while the non-veg momos are filled with minced meet such as chicken, pork or beef seasoned with salt, pepper and other spices like soya sauce or sesame oil for added flavor.
Once the egg momos got steamed and ready to serve, always have it with a dipping sauce which acts as a perfect partner. Children was fascinated by its captivating structure and its green hued chutney.
Ingredients:-
For making dough:-
All purpose flour- Maida- 2 cups,
For making stuffings:-
Egg- 4nos,cabbage,carrot,onion,corainder leaves- finely chopped
For seasoning:-
Oil,salt,pepper,Sesame Oil,soya sauce as required
Preparetion time:- 15–20 minutes
Serving:- 4 persons
Preparation:-
- Take a mixing bowl, combine the flour with required amount of oil and water to make soft dough and keep it aside.
- Take another bowl, combine all the stuffing ingredients with scrambled egg and get ready.
- Fillings are ready to stuff in the soft dough as mentioned in the picture. Steam it for 10 mins.
- Now the Egg momos are ready to serve with sauce.
