Now’s the time for designers to focus on solving problems, rather than fulfilling the desire for instant visual gratification.
We should be looking to improve the user experience by creating stuff that disrupts, reduces tasks and/or smoothens the use.

We have great influence and it’s time we own up. Take the great responsibility that comes with the power. Create concepts and solutions that are truly useful and creative rather then a prettier version of yesterdays coolest dribbble shot. Try and make the world a better place. Even if we do not succeed, it will make us feel good!
