This is well written post! I do agree that the customer service here is exemplary and one that is lacked by many of the companies that I have to deal with, daily. But, did they give any clarification as to why the product burst, in the first places?

This could have been a dangerous situation if the burning was noticed instantaneously. Do you think a mere replacement is the apt resolution in this case, unlike normal mess-ups with delivery, over-billing, etc.?
