Trying to leave sugar
Today I came across a Milind Soman video, sent by a dear friend explaining benefits of running barefoot. Soman also talks about refined sugar being poison.
I have heard this from so many people I respect, that I can simply can’t ignore it now. Also in the comments section, I read about a person who left sugar. There was a craving for 2–3 months, but now he actually hates sugar and prefers natural fruits by choice.
So I am going to experiment with leaving sugar for 3 months starting today. Let’s see if I can succeed.
(Of course as Soman mentions, it is almost impossible to leave it completely since it is so widespread in the society. So by leaving I mean not taking until it’s absolutely unavoidable)
