There are times that we choose not to deal with a situation in the light of day only for those repressed thoughts to haunt us by night causing trouble sleeping, worry, and anxiety. Worrying is pointless unless it motivates us to do something about the situation at hand. It is so important to face our fears and deal with our worries head on.
Take steps, set goals, and solve the problem.
