InqScribe — When you have captured video you can use InqScribe to quickly mark up interesting points to review and capture your transcriptions. It’s also super cheap as research tools go.

Also, HyperRESEARCH is a great competitor to NVivo and some of the other big tools people use for analyzing ethnographic data.
