Hey Bryan! Great article. I think there is incredible power in groups- I’m calling this group effect “External Processing Power” and have used it in group learning for years.
Regarding our cognitive biases, do you think that instead of just seeing them as liabilities, could they also be strengths? Perhaps if we know our aim in any given scenario, we can use the biases to achieve certain results? I’ve seen again and again where our strengths become weaknesses, and vice versa. It’s all about the context in which they are used, and to what aim.
