Thank you for this! Super useful … I am creating a different kind of product (an online course to teach fact checking, with a free smaller course to gauge people’s interest) but the overall structure certainly parallels what I should be doing, and could be doing to get more people!

(this is a totally random aside, but I would recommend clicking to hyperlink stuff to a new page since ADHD folks like myself have a hard time remembering to go back to the original tab, i.e. your super useful story … no idea why Medium makes that the default option)
