Ryan — Thanks for writing this. It is difficult at times to put a phenomenon we all experience into words; and you’ve done so with a particularly frustrating one. I’ve grown up watching and experiencing the ever-evolving technology that has become social media. Thus, it’s hard to comprehend the fact that other generations are not accustomed to the same firsthand look at the programs I’ve come to know so well. It will be interesting to see where the social media skills gap takes the corporate world in decades to come, as my generation works its way into more executive-level positions.
