You’re assuming Apple hasn’t already acquiesced to China’s anti-terrorism demands since they passed that law last year? That’s rather naïve of you. Of course they have or they wouldn’t legally be allowed to operate there. It’s rather amusing how people have this quaint notion that China needs any kind of U.S. precedent to legitimize the draconian measures they enact in their country. Apple needs China much more than China needs Apple.
