Let me introduce the prototype of my app which allow Project managers to keep all project messages in one application. It means that no mater which type of messenger uses your vis-a-vis or team member you’ll never miss the message which in your project mailbox.
Idea of this application was created in discussion with project managers and includes all their suggestions about improvement of their project activities.
The problem was that instead of using special ERP software project team uses many messengers in their project works. The goal of app were unite all team contacts into one application and use these communication in the project correspondence.
Many thanks to my colleagues for help on every milestone of app design and special thanks for the advices which helped get right decision.
The prototype were born as idea of multimessenger which communicates with all messengers. Ketch all messages in one project inbox.
The prototype testing process reveal a number of bugs and some part of screen were redesigned.
