The national anthem is not a radical song. It is a song about the War of 1812 and resistance against the British. Do I like it? No. Does anyone care? No. Do I wish America the Beautiful was the anthem? Yes. — I digress.

I am appalled at the illogic of stating in the same article that:

1. Self-criticism is a foundational American value
2. Your peaceful, respectful demonstration of criticism is counter-productive

WTF! Does he ever read back to himself what he just wrote?
