Yo has been co-opted by Rap. That’s cool with everyone from Philly. We love our Yo! and are happy to share. Spread the Yo!, that’s our philosophy. It is an all purpose interjection. But, I didn’t want anyone to think I was making myself out to be a Rapper (though I love Rap, I do).
