This is great, thank you! Interested in your thoughts on bringing your own bottle / corkage fees. I wasn’t originally a fan, b/c I’d be paying to open my bottle of wine on top of what I paid for it, but then again, in now reading about the mark-ups, maybe it is cost effective, especially if it is an expensive bottle of wine?
