When I considered my life in this regard, there were many occasions when I found myself in the state of depression and hopelessness. To talk about a specific occasion is difficult because when some things are there in your habits and routine, you can’t differentiate properly in what state exactly you are and what you should do. I was always familiar with the concept of positive thinking but I actually didn’t put it there in my routine life. After knowing about some strategies through Shawn’s article, I can put these ideas in practice to tackle the stress that comes occasionally. One of the most useful ways is to show some random act of kindness and gratitude. Talking about this way, I already apply this in my daily life to some extent but now I will try to do it in abundant.
