A brief description about why we are developing Please. What are the problem whit the authentic ordering ways and how could we solve it and make it better, faster and more enjoyable.
What is Smart Ordering (for me)
I think sometime the usual system takes a lot of time and that’s why it doesn’t so effective. Just a note, the usual system contains the following steps:
- the waiter brings the menu
- you choose, he comes again
-you take the order
-he comes again
- and finally you get your drink.
Smart ordering is when the process is modified, rethought and made more effective. It means to you the whole ordering procedure becomes faster, easier, better. There are a lot of ways to make this simple process smart. You can find tablets at your table, dedicated buttons and a lot of different apps try to make it smarter.

I hope it is or it is a way to make the whole ordering process smarter. We have been developing Please to help you to order more natural.
Every place, have a unique landing page at our app where you can find the menu. You can take your order by a few taps and you have the ability to customize your drinks. We use QR codes to identify the table you sit. This is the whole process, you can take your order less than 30 seconds right after you arrived, or you can browse the menu, check description and pictures, but you don’t have to wait to the waiter and the menu, because you have it.
