In Person Drop
Going in person to drop my resume was not an easy task. It was full of challenges and difficulties. I went to drop my resume in a bank and the reception I was being aware that the concerning person was not available in the office. I waited there for so long and thought that he might come in the office. I didn’t had his phone number so could not do anything but to wait for him. I waited there for 2 hours and came back disappointed. I didn’t want to leave my resume at reception so decided to go there again the very next day. Luckily the person was in office and after some confirmation I went to him and presented my resume. He asked me some questions relating to what was written in my resume and after a conversation of 5 minute or so I came back home.
Before going for an in person drop in future I will make sure to fix an appointment if I can. Most of the time it is difficult to fix an appointment and to be there on that time or even to enter in the office. As it was a bank I was able to get in easily but things are not same for the MNC’s. The one thing we can do is to fix an appointment by talking to them on social sites or trying to connect with them via mail. It will help save some time and efforts from our side.
