Understanding Siebel for beginners

I started my career with Siebel CRM back in 2017. A brilliant Customer Relationship Management(CRM) product, launched by Oracle in 1993. Siebel CRM delivers comprehensive on premise and on demand CRM solutions.It is a complete solution for the management of : sales, service, contact center, marketing, customer loyalty management and partner management. With the Siebel out-of-the-box functionality, these systems can be further modified as per the industry requirements/norms.

People might say that Siebel is soon gonna vanish. But do you recall Maggi going out of business just because Yippie was launched? What I mean here is that we’re definitely flooded with a lot of CRMs today, but Oracle still investing and launching new packs every year indicates that it will stay relevant for much longer than we think..
