…ty, as an ally, you become less afraid and fixated on controlling what your loved one is consuming. I’ve found it’s much more effective to focus more on helping them become more aware of how they are processing whatever they interact with, so that if their processing becomes a bit faulty, they can flag it quickly and address what changes they need to make- medication adjustment? eat? sleep? exercise? ect.
