Hi Chris, thanks for sharing your experience! This use case is brilliant. I didn’t think of it and it makes a lot of sense, but I’m not sure how big the financial opportunity is in hyper local services like flower shops.

It made me think about other use cases when I wanted to send something other than flowers in areas I didn’t know. For example, new born gift or fancy box of chocolates. It makes a ton of sense to get a help of an “operator”, but then again, market size etc.
