Proactively looking for ways to exceed your customer’s expectation

There are many times in a day that we might feel tired to deal with many customers so that we want to do things faster so that we are providing excellent service; sometimes customers are rude that we don’t want to provide them more but less service.

Here is a tecnotics that you can try to adpot extar mile — Make someone’s day

Everyday, just looking for one chance to go beyond to last impression,

I had an example, last time after I finished my meal at restaurant in airport and tried to find my boarding gates, I find out my server is chasing me down because I left my laptop on the table and he insist to find me in case I didn’t lose it. That really made my day.
