How to Be Happy and Fulfilled
Once we do the work to see our fears and clarify our values and life goals, we can get after the work of learning how to choose that in action day to day, situation by situation.
Healthy boundaries is one part, aligned choices is the other.
All underpinned by the core confidence that only comes in that first effort to know our makeup, desires, and dreams deeply. .. I loathe saying life-coachy words like “dreams” but I’m committed more to speaking straight to what I see just in case it helps you, so here we are.
