Day 1 - Granola


  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp coconut shavings
  • Cinnamon
  • Raisins
  • Nuts of choice
  • Dried fruits of choice
  • Seeds of choice
  • Yogurt/Milk


  1. Preheat oven at 180°C.
  2. Mix the oats, peanut butter and honey until they coated well and separate into small pieces.
  3. Place on a baking tray, sprinkle some cinnamon and put in the oven for 10 minutes.
  4. Let it cool for about 10 minutes then add in nuts, raisins and the seeds. Mix well and serve with yogurt or milk.
  5. Add in fresh fruit too.
