I absolutely agree that tech recruiting needs to be revamped -badly! I also agree that educating tech recruiters on what the people they are recruiting actually do is paramount!

These talent personas are interesting, but it also seems like a lot of work. Recruiters are already doing so much. I work for an exciting new platform with the goal of revamping tech recruiting for the better and freeing up recruiters’ time to be most efficient.
