This restaurant first opened up in Yuen Long and featured village cuisine. Now it is in Wanchai among other locations.
All dishes are 75 hkd. Try the roast suckling pork, calamari deep fried with an egg yolk batter, roast duck, 5 spice chicken, steamed fish with sour lemon and pickle, and my personal favorite, vermicelli noodles with crab and fried egg yolk.
The restaurant is most famous for their baked clay pot rice mixed with pig oil and superior soy sauce.
Finish it off with their famous baked sponge cake.
Beer : 30HKD for a large bottle of Tsing Tao
