1oohkd and under at Sun Kee in Tsim Tsa Tsui
When I was a little girl, I loved instant ramen with melted kraft singles on top.

It was my favorite snack and I ate it for breakfast, lunch and dinner. My mom (a working mother) was just glad that I enjoyed something so fast and easy to make.
Fast forward today to living in HK. Apparently other people had the same nostalgic childhood in which they could indulge in this at Sun Kee Noodles in TST.

It’s kind of in a secret location. You have to walk past the Mira hotel on Kimberley street then down this disused shopping plaza selling old trophies and cameras before you reach the shop. Once you reach it however, this awaits:

Ramen noodles perfectly cooked in a secret cheesy bechamel sauce with marinated charcoal grilled pork neck on top. cold drink Ribena with lemon (add an extra 8hkd).
This is my secret pleasure as my husband thinks fake cheese on ramen noodles is disgusting. I can’t wait for baby A to grow up and I can take her here afterschool. It will be our secret from Daddy.
