Fish skin dumplings.
Delicious HK treat. Go to any HK wonton mein joint and they are probably made fresh in the local diner. Last night, after indulging in too much wine and conversation with friends, we ended the night at any local diner in Wanchai and had fish dumplings, won ton mein, beef brisket, and fresh steamed vegetables.
