She has lived here much longer than you or I.

She’s traveled great distances through time and space.

She’s been pushed and pulled with force yet her weight shapes the world around her. Her weight carved the ground we now stand upon.

She is hard. She is solid and she persists.

She is everywhere. Pieces of her rest in dense forests, covered in blankets of moss, nestled in beds…
