Reach Peak Fitness in Scientifically-Backed Cardio Workouts in 15 Minutes a Week?

I let out a healthy guffaw upon hearing that cardio in 15 minutes a week could possibly be better for me than cross training and engaging in longer periods of cardiovascular activity.

‘This is just another fad’, I thought… except the science actually backs up its assertion in this case.
