Bill Clinton’s Speech Completely Changed My Mind from Being #iguessimwithher to #imwithher

Jennifer, I’m so glad to hear it. As someone who voted for the very first time in 1992, I’ve always loved the Clintons. They are an incredibly, fascinating, magnetic couple who has accomplished so much. Their life stories would fill a thousand books. Bill Clinton was a fantastic president, and Hillary was right there along side him all the while — and doing her own stuff at the same time. She doesn’t have his charm. She has been burned so many times, she sometimes comes off as cold and distant. Sometimes she has a screechy shrill voice. When she answers questions, she is often vagues and gets lost in the weeds and bogged down with policy and wonkiness. She’s not perfect. She makes mistakes.

But what she is — is competent. By God is she competent. And experienced. And devoted. And visionary. And hard working. And organized. And intelligent. Look for the good stuff instead of the bad stuff, you will find it. I can’t think of a better person to be in the White House than both of the Clintons — with the Obamas still living in Washington on speed dial — and the Bidens too. They will be great.
