
How to do fasting for life?
How to do fating for 12 hours, 24 hours and even 48 hours!
The purpose of this post is not to tell you the “benefits of fasting”, but tell you how to do it exactly.
12 Hour Fasting: Almost anyone can do it, but not many are doing it. There should be minimum of 12 hour fasting period between today’s dinner and tomorrow’s breakfast.
Now let’s try to do it practically. Have your dinner today at 8 PM and go to bed after 10 PM (don’t take any snacks or desert before sleep) Tomorrow wakeup at 6 AM after 8 hours of good sleep. Based on your habit, you may crave for Coffee or Tea; don’t drink any beverages except plain water. Just perform 30-60 seconds exercise like jumping jacks, body weight squats or push-ups. This will metabolize your energy and make you drink water for another 2 hours.
