Is cacotopia derived from ‘caca’?

I found ‘Blindness’ extraordinarily haunting (shame the movie was rubbish). Never heard of ‘We’ (especially as a pioneer of the genre) but am happy to add this, and a few others to my ‘shelf’. Another amazing one is John M. Keller’s The Box and the Briefcase, the Moleque and the Old Man and the First Coming of the Second Son of God, about plastic surgery gone wild in Brazil (where people are legally required to meet a beauty standard so that no one has to look at ugly people anymore — https://www.worldliteraturetoday.org/2014/september/box-and-briefcase-moleque-and-old-man-and-first-coming-second-son-god-john-m-keller). I don’t suppose White Noise (Delillo) could be categorized as dystopian, but I think those who appreciate the genre will LOVE that book as much as I do.
