I hope so. Local management is always better. The people living in the state and communities understand the land better. It makes no sense for the Federal government to own half the west coast, and send down conflicting dictates that bankrupt local communities. The Constitution only gave the Federal government the righ to washington DC, monuments, and military bases. Federal parks and wildlands are unconstitutional. Every inch outside of those constitutionally allowed federal lands, needs to be returned to the individual states.
