Well, it’s been a year and, from my brief experience, it doesn’t seem like the company concerned itself with getting feedback or updating the product. A few months ago my local paper started using this service for comments and I thought it was a native ad scam disguised as a comments section to trick people into signing up for the purpose of collecting collecting emails to sell to marketers and maybe get a trick a few vulnerable people into giving their credit card numbers.
After ignoring it for months, I finally decided to google it today. Now that I understand what they were going for, it doesn’t seem like a necessarily *bad* idea, but they’d need to give a little shit about its design.
