First post of 2018

The first thing I wanted to write this year shall be remembered as my last in life.

My eulogy.

Nothing creepy. I simply wanted to start the year with a writing challenge. But where do I begin?

I searched every corner of my mind. Still no idea. So I googled. An eulogy is a speech about a loved one who has died. It is given by a close friend or relative of the deceased. An eulogy is deeply personal because it is made up of memories. Memories are moments captured by the mind. Moments may be shared but memories are yours only. And memories are precious. They fade slowly like yesterdays. No wonder I can’t write my own. One day we will be nothing more than a memory to your loved ones.

Be a good one.
