No matter what you think of your country’s legal system, you cannot deny that some people belong locked up behind bars for a very long time. Every year in the United States alone, 636,000 people[1] are released from prison. Add this up with the rest of the world, and you have a large number of convicts walking free, and no doubt some of them haven’t learned their lesson or are worse than before they were sent in.

As we all know, the last few years haven’t exactly been great, “with all our favorite celebrities dying in 2016 and all our favorite celebrities being dead to us in 2017,” as someone cleverly put it. Well, 2018 isn’t looking so good, either. Here’s who you may have to look forward to roaming the streets in a town near you.
