I am working on a collaborative project to develop an app for Democracy events that can be used globally. Many good outreach tools exist for the “Resistance.” What seems to be needed it a civic engagement tool that allows us to join with people who are not living in our silos, are not in our groups/small or otherwise. Just like your Syrian border story, mine is the knowing that my conservative friends and my liberal friends would like each other and agree on good values — that’s the starting point. I’ve started conversations with Cornell Univ Engineering School students to design and development an app. May take a while but to showcase events all over the world will bring us together hand in hand to discover the next horizon of existence.
