Powerful Breakfast Recipe

A well-balanced breakfast is a must but at times it presents its own challenges. A lack of time to prepare the meal forces us to either not eat or replace it with fast-food and other readily available products. This is frustrating because we know that other options exist, but creating the right combination of ingredients can be tedious. The recipe provided today is fast, easy, and cost effective.
The Recipe:
Through much trial and error, I have found this recipe to be damn near spot on. It gives you a wide range of benefits and can be prepared and consumed within 15 minutes. The benefits include a healthy dose of protein, carbs, fat, and fiber. Only natural sugars are present and it is light on the stomach but capable of satisfying you for 5 to 6 hours. Last but not least, it is cost effective. I would say it is around $4 per meal. The recipe is as follows
- 3 Tablespoons of Hemp Seeds
- 3 Tablespoons of Chia Seeds
- 1 Tablespoon of Organic Coconut Oil
- 1–2 Cups of unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- Fresh Blueberries
- Heavy Whipping Cream (Optional)
