Vegan Lunch: EASILY Get All The Protein You Need…

The idea that protein is abundant in other sources than meat seems far fetched at first. Through a little research and open mindedness, I found this to be very possible and cost effective.
For many of us, we want healthy but most of the time quick is not healthy. However, you’re in luck because these ingredients are both nutritious and simple to prepare.
The recipe today is packed with 35 grams of protein and also contains plenty of complex carbs and fiber. It takes about 20 minutes to make this meal and costs $5 at the most.
The Recipe:
- 1 Can of Organic Black Beans
- 1 Box of Quinoa & Brown Rice Blend
- Olive Oil
All you have to do is boil 1–2 cups of water with the Quinoa Mix for 15 minutes and then stir in the Black Beans. If you’re not into boxed things, you can prepare 1/2 cup of Organic Quinoa and 1/2 cup of Brown Rice in the same way as previously mentioned, then blend them together with the Black Beans.
So simple, right?
This lasts me 6–8 hours unless I fast after this meal which in that case I can make it last 16 hours easily.
Make it happen!
Start taking the time to prioritize what goes into your body. At first it can seem complex but once you start living this lifestyle it becomes automatic. It will better serve you in the long run and you’ll be thankful you took action.
