A week ago, while driving on the globe cinema overpass, heading into the central business district, I witnessed an ugly incident.

A young man probably in his twenties, who was hawking sweet bananas, unzipped his trouser and urinated from the overpass to the underpass, in full view of passengers in matatus, buses and personal vehicles stuck in the traffic jam, totally indifferent to their stares.

The young man didn’t care less whether his pee trickled down to the cars and pedestrians below him, nor did he give a damn about exposing himself to the several women and children who were clearly staring at him in disgust.

Upon finishing his business, he zipped up and proceeded to hawk his sweet bananas, to the very people whom he had just treated to an unwanted x-rated public show.
