Funny, the only people who get upset over things like this are usually white liberal types or those who get paid to drum up non-controversies for a living (or both, if you work at the Ringer). Remember, offense is taken, not given. Also, dreadlocks are not exclusive to black culture. They go back to ancient Greece and many other parts of the non-African world. But why let facts get in the way of the narrative that everything worth “appropriating” was created by or made popular by oppressed minorities.
