Just being the devil’s advocate here.

Could it be that you forgot about his bisexuality because other, larger, more prominent things that were happening at the time? Like, you forgot your friend had a mild allergy to onions because they were anaphylactic to peanuts? All the raucous gay sex overshadowed, if you will, his sexual attraction to women.

Could it be that you, as a 100% gay man, just projected your sexual attraction to your boyfriend? We do it all the time. You might be with someone and you both really enjoy drinking beer but six months later, you find out they aren’t the biggest beer fan and they prefer cider. You weren’t being mean. You just thought that because they were drinking beer and that you enjoyed it, they must have liked beer. Then you think about it and whenever you bought separate drinks, they always asked for cider. I know I’ve forced my favourite food onto people and out of politeness they’ve eaten it even though they weren’t the biggest fans. Maybe your lack of attraction to women is your beer.

Wow, I’m not explaining this very well here, am I?

Now that I’ve kindly equated your sexual attraction to allergies and beer, I’ll stop digging myself a hole before I find myself in the lower mantle.

Lol.

Have fun!
