Motorcycle Insurance!?!?

Im so confused right now. On purchasing a fresh 2011 CBR600RR in the past 2 months I’ve been performing my research. I have been quoting progressive which will be who I’ve my car insurance with. I’ve been navigating around 150$ a month for full-coverage. I was planning to purchase the bicycle today and it was around 230$ when the insurance was estimated by me. I thought i had created an error but anything was the identical… Exactly what the heck happend?
