Your points are accurate when taken in absolutes, and I have definitely seen a few inexperienced people working as PMs who have experienced every one of these challenges.

I don’t know what is typical for PMs, but I do know my case. I have experienced all of these challenges myself, although I have experienced none of them 100% of the time.

In practice this is going to be most true for just-graduates. If you have moved to the PM role from some other role and/or have a good amount of time in your industry then you will get people to listen to and respect your opinion based on your experience, rather than your seniority.
