How to bring your mind to Peace

I once read a quote-“Nothing will ruin your 20’s more than thinking you should have your life together already” and even I posted this on my Instagram account as well, as it reflected my thinking and intellect. I believe this stage of life is the most complicated one as we are still figuring out what do with our lives and career.

Every day during my morning coffee, I used to ask myself-“What next?” What do I want to achieve? What should I do?

I didn't want to settle with one achievement, I wanted more, I wanted to grow, enhance my skills, my learnings and my competency. My mind was all stuffed up with the ideas and I lacked focus to pursue my dreams and moreover, I was always confused between my dreams too, as one day I would dream of joining a company as a Telecom Engineer and another day I wanted to start up a Business.

I didn't lack motivation, dedication or hard work. I believed in myself since my childhood but what I didn't know was the way to channelize the energy, the rush that I felt every second, my urge to not settle for less, my strong desire to achieve success. I was leading myself to depression and anxiety , I knew that I need to change something in my thought process so as to bring peace to my mind.

My Parents always say “Leave everything upon God, smile and live your life”.

Is it really that easy to leave all the worries and enjoy? Is it possible to ignore all the problems?

Yes, it is possible and we all deserve that state of mind.

It’s not easy but it’s definitely worth it.

You can’t change your situations but you can definitely bring yourself to peace and live happily.

I am still on my journey towards success but what I have achieved is that I no longer feel that restlessness, I no longer suffer from dementia.

The only thing we need to believe in my friends is Magic and trust me Magic exists. Believe in yourself, your skills, practice Gratitude towards everything, every person and every situation. Everything will fall right into its place when you will start believing. I am a strict follower of the book “THE SECRET” by Rhonda Byrne. This book changed my life.

We should not be too hard on ourselves, the stress starts building up when we don’t feel contentment and we think that we can change the circumstances and situations. It’s not always the right way, there are so many things that are beyond human control but what a human can control is their thoughts. If we ever realize the power of thoughts we would never ever think negative. One negative thought brings in more negativity and to stop accumulating these negative vibes we should always be thankful for what we have and what we will receive in the future.

Give yourself a gift this year and start believing in the positive energy and you will see the difference.
